Scope and agreement
These terms apply from to BizThinkFrame (bizthinkframe.com), provided by the site’s operator. Before creating an account or using the Workspace, please read these terms and the Privacy Policy. Using the relevant services means you accept the applicable rules. If you do not accept them, please stop using those features.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws where you live. Minors should use the service with a guardian’s guidance and any required consent. These terms do not affect rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
The service and early access
The site provides thinking framework guides, fictional teaching examples, articles, diagram examples, and a Workspace available to eligible users. Public content can be read without an account. Accounts, Workspace early access, and AI access are managed separately. Early access does not automatically include AI access.
Early access features, access permissions, and usage allowances may change. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or faults. We do not currently offer paid subscriptions, credit purchases, or online payments. If we introduce paid services, we will explain pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund rules before purchase.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Sign in with an email address or Google account you are authorized to use. Protect your verification codes and signed-in devices. If you notice unusual activity, sign out of the affected sessions and contact us.
- Only submit content you have the right to use and process. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property, and other legal rights.
- Do not use the site for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spreading malicious code, stealing other users’ data, or impersonation.
- Do not bypass sign-in, early access eligibility, AI access restrictions, request limits, or other access controls. Do not disrupt the service with automated traffic.
Your material and site content
You retain the rights you hold under applicable law in the material you submit and your original content. To carry out your actions, you allow us and the necessary service providers to process that material within the scope needed for the relevant feature, such as AI generation you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your material.
You may use the work you organize, edit, and export for personal or work purposes, subject to the rights and restrictions attached to your source material and third-party content. AI output may resemble other content. We do not promise that it is original, exclusive, or eligible for intellectual property protection.
Our original articles, cases, illustrations, interface, and brand assets are protected by the relevant rights. The outline copying and export features provided on the site may be used for learning and everyday work. This permission does not extend to republishing our original content as a complete collection, reselling it, or presenting it as an official BizThinkFrame publication. We do not claim exclusive ownership of general thinking methods or their names. Contact the operator about other republication or licensing needs.
Examples, AI, and your judgment
Fictional teaching examples use invented companies, people, figures, and outcomes. They do not report actual performance or guarantee results. Framework explanations, organized material, and AI results may contain omissions, bias, or errors. Check sources, numbers, inferences, and conditions against your actual situation.
The site’s content and generated results support your thinking. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and do not promise particular business or work outcomes. For important decisions, verify the facts and seek appropriate professional support.
Draft storage and availability
Workspace drafts are saved by account in the current browser. Cross-device sync and cloud backup are not currently available. Signing out does not delete drafts. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, or browser storage failures may cause data loss. Use the available export features to back up important work.
We work to maintain reasonable service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by network faults beyond our reasonable control, third-party outages, or your failure to back up local drafts. This does not exclude or limit liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Restrictions, termination, and changes
We may restrict features or suspend account access in response to rule violations, security risks, abuse, legal requirements, or changes to early access. Where circumstances allow, we will explain the reason. You can email us with feedback or request a review. Stopping use does not automatically delete account records. See the Privacy Policy for data requests.
We will update the date on this page and provide notice at the relevant entry points for significant changes to the service or these terms. If we plan to end the service, we will give advance notice where circumstances allow so you can export local content. Unexpected security incidents or outages beyond our control may prevent advance notice.
