Sign-in sessions and local drafts use different kinds of browser storage. Here is what they do and what happens when you clear them.

Signing out ends your session without deleting drafts on this device. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete your account from our servers.
Storage we currently use

Analytics, advertising, and third parties
We have not added advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics scripts to this site. We do not use the storage above for advertising profiles. It supports the sign-in, draft storage, and page features you request.
Website security services and third-party sign-in you choose to use may process necessary information. See the Privacy Policy for details. Once you leave this site, third-party websites manage their own cookies. If we introduce nonessential tracking that requires consent, we will explain its purpose and provide the relevant choices first.
Manage or clear your data
- First, export any diagrams you need from the Workspace, or download available local documents from Local drafts.
- To end a sign-in session, use your Account page to sign out of this device or other devices. This does not clear drafts.
- To remove this site’s data from the device, search your browser settings for “site data” or “website data,” find bizthinkframe.com, and clear its cookies and storage. This may remove drafts for multiple accounts and guests in that browser.
- To request deletion of an account or application records on our servers, use the contact email. Clearing browser data and deleting server records are separate actions.
If you disable storage
Blocking sign-in cookies may prevent sign-in or stop sessions from being maintained. Disabling local storage may prevent drafts and examples from being saved. Private browsing usually clears data when the session ends. Browsers may also clear stored content when space is low.
Local storage is not an encrypted vault. Avoid leaving sensitive material on shared devices, and back up important work. Read the Privacy Policy for information about server data and your rights.
